"Dedicata al sogno possibile del Maestro Antonio Introcaso".
L’obiettivo della manifestazione è quello di promuovere l’utilizzo dei prodotti tipici dell’agricoltura di Montegiordano e dell’Alto Jonio, valorizzandone la qualità attraverso la degustazione di piatti preparati secondo la tradizione locale ed in base alla fantasia di alcuni chef. Ci proponiamo in questo modo di esaltare l’agricoltura locale percorrendo una strada comune, quella del raggiungimento di un Marchio di qualità.
Dal 2014 i piselli del luogo sono a bordo del progetto "Arca del Gusto"di Slow Food.
