Pinot bianco, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Schiava, Lagrein e Pinot Nero: per tre giorni Bolzano diventa il palcoscenico dell’eccellenza vitivinicola dell’Alto Adige con la storica Mostra Vini, dove sarà possibile degustare oltre 150 etichette scelte fra le 47 migliori Cantine regionali. Ovviamente non verranno trascurati i bianchi della valle Isarco né gli spumanti altoatesini. Molte le iniziative che animeranno i quattro giorni di Mostra a partire dal giovedì dell’inaugurazione, con apertura dalle 17 alle 23, mentre il venerdì e il sabato (orario dalle 10 alle 23) sarà dedicato completamente agli incontri del pubblico con le cantine.
Ogni giorno si potrà partecipare alle degustazioni “verticali” di Sauvignon, il vitigno che qui ha trovato l’ambiente ideale per esprimersi. Uno sguardo sia al futuro che al passato, invece, troverà spazio nelle sale di Castel Mareccio: il “tasting” al Tavolo Anteprima offrirà in assaggio 100 bottiglie non ancora in commercio, appena prima della loro immissione sul mercato a giugno. Nel frattempo nelle cantine medievali del Museo, fresche di restauro, si esplorerà la storia delle etichette e si apprezzerà la loro evoluzione nel tempo.
